Riverbank Community Trust

A small, volunteer-run trust supporting local families with food, warmth and company. This is a Tidalux beta preview: a demo site, not a real charity you can donate to.

Where your support goes

Our programmes

Foodbank & emergency support

Same-week emergency food parcels for anyone referred by a local school, GP or support worker.

After-school homework club

A warm room, a hot drink and a volunteer on hand, three afternoons a week during term time.

Winter warmth appeal

Emergency heating top-ups and blankets for households referred to us over the coldest months.

Volunteer befriending scheme

Matching an isolated older resident with a regular weekly visitor.

Holiday kitchen

Hot meals in the school holidays for families who would otherwise skip lunch.

Advice drop-in

A Wednesday morning desk for benefits forms, energy bills and the letters nobody wants to open alone.

Two ways to help

Every bit of support counts

Donate

A one-off or regular gift goes straight to the people we support.

Volunteer

Give an hour or a season. We will find something that fits around you.

Accountability

Open about our impact

Every penny accounted for

A real charity publishes where donations actually go here, not a vague percentage.

Volunteer-run

No paid management layer between a donation and the person it reaches.

Local decisions

Support is decided by people who live here, not a national formula.

Built with WaveSites

A charity site that puts the cause first, hosted and looked after in the UK by Tidalux.

About

A demo, not a real charity

Riverbank Community Trust is a fictional community organisation invented to show what the WaveSites charity template looks like once someone fills it in properly. There is no trust and no donations to collect. The names in the team section are invented. What is real is the page itself: the causes grid, the proof band, the gallery, team and story blocks, and the enquiry form a working charity would get emails from.

People

Questions

Good to know

Is this a real charity?

No. This is a Tidalux WaveSites beta preview, one of a small set showing what different industry templates look like once filled in. Please do not send a donation.

How is a donation actually used?

A real charity states this plainly here, typically with a breakdown of what a given amount buys, rather than an unexplained total.

Can I volunteer?

A real charity would list its current volunteer roles and how to apply here, including any checks a role requires.

Are you a registered charity?

A real organisation states its registered charity number here, checkable on the regulator's register. This one is a demonstration, so there is nothing to check.

Say hello (it goes nowhere)

This preview has a working enquiry form, wired the same way a live WaveSites contact form is, but nobody reads it because this business does not exist.
