WaveAI is a calm AI assistant that lives on your website. Visitors ask questions in a chat widget. Answers come from the knowledge you supply, not from random browsing of the open web.

What it is for

  • Answering FAQs about services, hours, pricing bands and policies
  • Guiding visitors to the right page or contact channel
  • Handing off to WhatsApp, Slack, email or phone when a human is needed
  • Keeping tone and branding consistent with your site

What it is not

WaveAI is not a free-ranging chatbot that invents company policy. When knowledge is thin, it should say it does not know and offer a human path. It is also not a replacement for legal advice or emergency support.

Q Do I need to rebuild my website?

No. Add one script tag. Most brochure sites, WordPress installs and Laravel apps work without changing the build chain.

Q Where is WaveAI hosted?

WaveAI runs on Tidalux UK infrastructure. Your widget talks to billing.tidalux.io endpoints with origin checks.
