Legal entity

The Companies Act 2006, and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, ask a company selling online to show its legal name, company number, place of registration and registered office. Tidalux Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company number is 17019367. Filings are on the Companies House register.

Registered office

The registered office, and the address for formal notices, is The Grange, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3HA, United Kingdom. That is the only address on this page. Please send anything formal there.

Where we work

There is no second office to write to. Work is delivered remotely from Malvern, Worcestershire, for clients across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the West Midlands and the rest of the UK. We can meet in person locally, or at the Malvern office, by arrangement. If a form asks for an address, use the registered office above.

Payments

We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not provide a payment service. A card payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s page. A store purchase is taken by Google Play or the App Store. A UK direct debit, where we set one up on request, is collected by GoCardless. We do not store the card number. If you need a refund, start on the refunds page.

Store listings

The developer name on Google Play and the App Store is Tidalux Ltd. The developer address is the registered office above. What the apps store, how a paid extra is billed, and how to delete an optional TapYes account are on the App stores page.

Duties that do not apply to us

A modern slavery statement is required of larger businesses. It is not required of Tidalux Ltd. We publish a voluntary statement on the Modern slavery page. Gender pay gap reporting is required of larger employers. It is not required of us. We do not hold an FCA authorisation, and we are not registered with Ofcom as a user-to-user service.
