Q: Is Launch really free, with no card needed?

Yes. Launch gets you a tidalux.site address, up to a couple of pages and a small footer credit, with no card and no time limit. Move to WaveSites or WaveSites Power when you want your own domain and more room to grow.

Q: What is the difference between WaveSites and WaveSites Power?

WaveSites (from £20 a month) covers one site on solid UK hosting. WaveSites Power (from £40 a month) is for sites that cannot afford to wobble, with unlimited downloadable copies of your site after your first paid month and closer support.

Q: Is WaveAI included in my WaveSites plan?

No, WaveAI is its own assistant product, priced Flow, Rise or Surge on the allowance you need. Add it whenever real visitor questions make it worth having. Nothing forces you to bundle it in from day one.

Q: What is WaveCheck, and does it cost anything?

WaveCheck is a free scan of your current site: speed, mobile, SSL, SEO basics and cookie trust signals, plus Online Safety Act questions if people can post or upload. No card, no catch, run it as often as you like.

Q: Do these prices include VAT?

Quotes and invoices state VAT clearly wherever it applies. If you are VAT-exempt or outside the UK, tell us when you enquire and we will handle it properly.

Q: Can I try before committing to a paid tier?

Yes. Launch is free with no time limit, and WaveCheck is always free, so you can see real work before spending anything. When you are ready for a paid tier, we will suggest the smallest one that actually fits.

Q: What if I want to take my site elsewhere later?

A downloadable copy of your site is available so you can host your WaveSites site yourself if you ever leave. Your domain, content and customer relationships were always yours; the copy just makes the handover clean.

Q: Who actually does the work?

A small British studio, not an offshore ticket queue. Real people read your brief, build the site, tune the assistant and answer support messages, so replies sound like a person who has actually looked.
