Foundry Fitness

A small strength and conditioning studio running classes and open gym sessions for people who want to actually enjoy training. This is a Tidalux beta preview: a demo site, not a real studio you can join.

Why train here

Show up, feel the difference

Small classes

Capped numbers so a coach can actually watch your form, not just shout encouragement from the front.

Beginners genuinely welcome

The foundations class exists because turning up on day one to a room of regulars is the actual reason most people never start.

No lock-in contract

Month to month, cancel with notice, none of the small print a big-chain gym membership usually carries.

Built with WaveSites

A fitness site with a real timetable board, hosted and looked after in the UK by Tidalux.

About

A demo, not a real studio

Foundry Fitness is a fictional strength and conditioning studio invented to show what the WaveSites fitness template looks like once someone fills it in properly. There is no studio and no floor space. The names in the team section are invented. What is real is the page itself: the class timetable, the priced membership options, the gallery, team and review blocks, and the enquiry form a working studio owner would get emails from.

People

The people, for illustration

These names are invented for the demonstration. A live WaveSite would list the people who actually work here.

Casey Byrne

Strength coach, demonstration

Invented for this demonstration. A live WaveSite would describe the person who actually does this work.

Nia Cole

Conditioning, demonstration

Omar Reid

What people say

Illustrative example

Sample review: on a real build this is where a member would describe how the class actually felt, collected after a set number of visits.
Sample member A · Illustrative example, not a real review · WaveReviews card

Illustrative example

Sample review: nothing here describes a real result, a real weight lifted, or a real timeframe.
Sample member B · Illustrative example, not a real review · WaveReviews card

Illustrative example

Sample review: the foundations class is where a real studio would put the beginner path, written down so nobody has to ask at the door.
Sample member C · Illustrative example, not a real review · WaveReviews card

Illustrative example

Sample review: this card exists so the review grid looks finished. There is no gym behind it.

Questions

Good to know

Is this a real studio?

No. This is a Tidalux WaveSites beta preview, one of a small set showing what different industry templates look like once filled in. There is no floor space and no coaches.

Do I need experience to join a class?

A real studio would explain its beginner path here. Foundry's answer, for illustration, is: no, the foundations class is built for exactly that.

What should I bring to a taster session?

Typically kit you can move in, water, and nothing else. A real studio would list anything it lends versus anything you need to own.

Can I cancel my membership?

On a real site this is where the studio would state its actual notice period in plain terms rather than leaving it to a contract nobody reads.

Say hello (it goes nowhere)

This preview has a working enquiry form, wired the same way a live WaveSites contact form is, but nobody reads it because this business does not exist.

This is a demonstration site. Enquiries are stored the same way a real WaveSites enquiry would be, then left unread.

Being straight with you: this is a demonstration, so nothing here is held and nobody is waiting at the other end. Tapping a time drops you into the enquiry form. On a live WaveSite the WaveBookings bolt-on takes the spot the moment somebody picks it and closes it for everybody else, with no double booking.
