I lost my draft

Check email and browser history for the draft link. If you claimed the site, open Portal > WaveSites. Otherwise contact support with the business name and approximate time you started.

Domain not connecting

  • Re-check the exact DNS records from the portal
  • Wait for propagation (up to 24 hours)
  • Confirm you are on Flow, Rise or Surge
  • Avoid mixing old A records with new ones pointing elsewhere

A control is missing

Page limits, domains, branding removal and export are entitlement-gated. Check whether you are on Launch, Flow, Rise or Surge before opening a bug ticket.

Q Where do I start the wizard?

Go to /wavesites/start on tidalux.io.

Q Who helps if publish fails?

Open a portal ticket with the draft URL, what you clicked, and any error text you saw. Check /status first.
