Everything below is set in Portal > WaveAI for each collection. Changes apply without redeploying your site.

Greeting and chrome

• Greeting: the welcome line visitors see when the chat opens
• Theme and accent: curated Tidalux themes or a custom accent colour
• Launcher text: the label on the floating button
• Avatar and voice notes: how the assistant presents itself

Launcher position

Place the launcher in any of the four corners: bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right or top-left. An optional pixel offset nudges it away from fixed headers or cookie banners.

Tone and reply length

• Tone: friendly or professional
• Reply length: a 1 to 5 scale from very short to detailed
• Starter questions: up to five chips that kick off common asks

Dark mode and mobile

Dark mode styles the widget for dark sites. On phones you can choose full-screen chat (default) or a compact docked panel that leaves more of the page visible.

Talk to a human connectors

Add WhatsApp, Slack, email, phone and other safe link types so visitors can reach you inside the same chat window. Pair this with rotating "connecting you" reassurance messages that cycle while handoff is shown.
