Plans and top-ups

Hosting, WaveAI and WaveSites all use the same tier names on /pricing: a free Launch entry where offered, then Flow, Rise and Surge. Caps and entitlements differ per product, so check the product page for what each tier includes.

Changing plan

1. Open Portal > Billing or the product page for the service you want to change.
2. Request the new tier. We confirm timing and any proration by email.
3. Downgrades usually take effect at the next renewal unless agreed otherwise.

WaveAI top-ups

When message usage nears the cap, buy a top-up from Portal > WaveAI. Credits cover overage and do not expire by calendar date. Optional auto-top-up can raise an invoice when balance is low.
