WaveReviews quick start
Express interest, connect platforms, send your first request, and embed the star widget on your site.
Updated 2026-07-16
Once portal access is on your account, most businesses can send a first test request and embed a widget in under an hour.
Before portal access
- Read /pricing and pick the Flow, Rise or Surge tier that fits your locations and request volume.
- Open /contact?service=WaveReviews and tell us your trade, review platforms and whether you use WaveBookings.
- We confirm timing and send the portal invite when your plan is active.
Set up in the portal
- Sign in to the client portal and open WaveReviews.
- Create a collector, add your public review destinations, and set the happy/private fork thresholds.
- Send a test request to yourself. Confirm 4-5 star paths reach the right platform and 1-3 star paths stay private.
- Copy the star widget snippet and place it on your WaveSite or existing site.
Keep it human
One polite follow-up is enough. WaveReviews is built to nudge once, not nag. When a low score arrives privately, fix the issue before you ask for a public review.
Q I do not have portal access yet. What now?
That is normal during early access. Use /contact?service=WaveReviews and we will confirm when your account is ready.
Q Can I use it without WaveBookings?
Yes. Send requests manually after a job, or use email and QR links. The booking loop is optional but handy when both products are live.
Q Who helps if the widget looks wrong?
Open a portal support ticket with the page URL and a screenshot. Check /status first if the whole site feels down.
Was this helpful?
Thanks. Glad it helped.
Sorry it missed the mark. Visit support or use the WaveAI widget on this site for a quick follow-up.
