WaveBookings quick start

Express interest, set up services and staff, embed the widget, then test a booking end to end.

Updated 2026-07-16

Most businesses can sketch their calendar in an afternoon once portal access is on the account. Follow these steps when your plan is live.

Before portal access

  1. Read /pricing and pick the Flow, Rise or Surge tier that fits your calendars and services.
  2. Open /contact?service=WaveBookings and tell us your trade, location and how many staff or resources you book.
  3. We confirm timing and send the portal invite when your plan is active.

Set up in the portal

  1. Sign in to the client portal and open WaveBookings.
  2. Create your calendar, add services with durations and prices, and set staff or resource availability.
  3. Turn on confirmations and reminders. Test with your own email before you share the link widely.
  4. Copy the embed snippet or booking link and place it on your WaveSite or existing site.

After the first real booking

Check the diary, confirm the reminder fired, and optionally enable the WaveReviews loop so happy customers can leave public stars after the visit.

Q I do not have portal access yet. What now?

That is normal during early access. Use /contact?service=WaveBookings and we will confirm when your account is ready.

Q Can more than one person take bookings?

Yes on higher tiers. Flow suits one calendar; Rise and Surge raise calendar and service caps. See /pricing for current limits.

Q Who helps if something breaks?

Open a portal support ticket with the booking page URL and what you expected. Check /status first if the whole site feels down.
