Billing & account
Invoices, plans and account changes
Most billing tasks are self-serve in the portal. Email billing@tidalux.io for anything sensitive or unusual.
View and pay invoices
Signed-in clients see open and paid invoices under Portal > Invoices. PDF downloads and payment links are on each invoice row.
Change your plan
Use Portal > Billing to request a plan change. We confirm proration and effective dates by email. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless agreed otherwise.
Cancel or pause
Email hello@tidalux.io or open a billing ticket with your account name and reason. Cancellations are processed within one business day. We do not make cancellations difficult.
Quick checklist
- Check Portal > Invoices for the charge in question
- Use Portal > Billing for plan change requests
- Email billing@tidalux.io for disputes or refunds
Quick answers
- How do I cancel a plan?
- Email hello@tidalux.io or open a billing ticket from the client portal. Tell us which service to stop. We process that within one working day. A short note on what we could improve is optional but appreciated.
- Can I get a refund?
- We look at refunds case by case. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, but we do not usually refund a month already billed. Project deposits follow your proposal. Email billing@tidalux.io with your invoice number and what went wrong.
- I forgot my portal password
- On the portal sign-in page choose forgot password and enter your account email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam if it does not arrive. If you use the staff sign-in, use forgot password on that page instead.
